There are instances where a GR10BT may need to be reset back to factory default settings.
Please follow the steps below to perform the Hard Reset procedure:
- With the GR10BT powered on, press and hold the play/pause button ( ⏯️ ) for 5 seconds to display the software version on the unit's display, then release the button.
- With the software version showing on the GR10BT's display, immediately press and hold the BAND button for 5 seconds. "RESET" will flash on the display, then the display will show "GOODBYE" and power off.
- Press the power button to turn the unit back on after the reset. Once the unit powers back on, it will be in a factory restored state, with all user settings restored to factory defaults.
